Grand Rapids Building Services Inc. is hiring a Custodian for Wayland Union Schools. The role is full-time, 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, Monday through Friday, with one weekend per month, totaling 40 hours per week. Pay rate is $16.00 per hour.

We seek dependable, self-motivated individuals with reliable transportation who can follow GRBS processes and complete cleaning tasks per the building map and shift. Michigan background restrictions apply as noted.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid ID.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from work each day.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS processes.
• Communicate respectfully with others.
• Complete cleaning tasks according to building map and shift.
• Mop, dust, clean restrooms, remove trash.
