Job summary

Mt. Lebanon School District is seeking a Custodian for Washington Elementary School - 2nd Floor Assignment. This full-time, on-site role runs year round with a 2:30 PM–11:00 PM schedule, 40 hours weekly, and potential summer adjustments.

Starting hourly rate is $18.75 for new hires, with an extensive benefits package after probation. The position involves cleaning, basic maintenance, and grounds duties, supporting a safe, clean school environment.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance required (Act 151)
• Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check (Act 34)
• FBI Federal Criminal History Record (Act 114)
• School Personnel Health Record (TB Test)
• Act 126 Child/Student Abuse Recognition and Reporting

Responsibilities

• Custodians perform daily cleaning duties (sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, sanitizing), light maintenance, and building and grounds duties.
• Maintains facilities to ensure safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Adheres to district policies and safety regulations.
