Job summary

College Place School District #250 is seeking a Custodian (roving) for the College Place, WA area. The position supports daily facility operations, with a 2:00pm–10:30pm shift and a salary range of $23.20–$28.97 per hour, plus benefits and retirement options through SEBB and DRS.

Eligible applicants include internal candidates for a timely internal review; external candidates may apply after the internal window closes. This full-time role covers 8 hours daily across 260 days per school year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalent (GED)
• Knowledge of school custodial procedures
• Maintain a current driver’s license
• Knowledge and experience with technology

Responsibilities

• Maintains building interior and exterior.
• Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturers’ guidelines and coordinates with maintenance staff for repairs.
• Supports inventory of supplies.
• Maintains communication between shifts as directed by administration.
• Upholds safety by maintaining a safe and orderly environment and protecting district information.
• Attends trainings to maintain technical knowledge and contributes to team goals.
