Sylvania is seeking a Custodial Shift Group Leader in Pennsylvania to supervise the custodial staff during the 2nd or 3rd shift. The role includes leading housekeeping tasks, coordinating with the Head Custodian, and ensuring safe, clean facilities after school hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate mechanical cleaning equipment (e.g., buffers, vacuums)
• Ability to use email, internet, word processing and spreadsheets for communication and documentation

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff during the assigned shift (2nd or 3rd shift).
• Requisition custodial supplies and equipment from Head Custodian/Maintenance.
• Perform cleaning and basic maintenance tasks including lamps, snow removal and trash removal.
• Report more serious maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of facilities.
