Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a Sanitor for the Day Shift (5:00 PM to 5:00 AM) to maintain sanitation across the Liquid Product Operations. You will follow safety and quality standards, operate cleaning processes, and ensure equipment is properly cleaned and ready for pre-op inspections.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a wet, noisy environment. Training is provided, with a supportive team and opportunities to grow within a global food industry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods in a production area.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Able to wear safety gear and handle cleaning chemicals.
• Wet, noisy, fast-paced environment with temperature changes.
• Basic reading/writing and math for paperwork.
• Training provided on sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, food safety, quality, and legal compliance.
• Operate sanitation duties for Liquid Product Operations.
• Break down and reassemble LPO processing equipment.
• Wash, scrub, and clean equipment with chemicals.
• Ensure inspections and swabs pass.
• Observe equipment performance and report issues.
• Document work per supervisor.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
