Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be safety conscious and able to follow procedures.
• Team environment work capable.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background checks.
• Read and understand blueprints and assembly prints.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision balancing on components and rotating assemblies to specifications.
• Assemble components per procedures and assembly prints.
• Maintain safe working environment and cleanliness.
• Generate inspection reports and document quality issues.
• Operate measuring tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers).
• Collaborate with team to meet project needs.
