Rotating Machinery Services Inc. in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Rotor Balancing Technician to perform precision balancing, assembly and inspection of turbomachinery components. The role emphasizes safety, quality and adherence to drawings and specifications.

You will use calipers, gauges and micrometers, work overtime as needed, and join a team focused on reliable, high‑quality balancing services. This full‑time position offers benefits and the opportunity to learn and grow within RMS.

Qualifications

• Must be safety conscious and able to follow procedures.
• Team environment work capable.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background checks.
• Read and understand blueprints and assembly prints.

Responsabilités

• Perform precision balancing on components and rotating assemblies to specifications.
• Assemble components per procedures and assembly prints.
• Maintain safe working environment and cleanliness.
• Generate inspection reports and document quality issues.
• Operate measuring tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers).
• Collaborate with team to meet project needs.
