Job summary

Courtyard Fort Worth Alliance Town Center is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas. You will make beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to ensure high standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include replacing linens and amenities, preparing rooms for occupancy in a timely manner, assisting with lobby and corridor upkeep, and responding courteously to guest requests related to housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities according to property standards
• Ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy in a timely manner
• Assist with cleaning and upkeep of hotel public areas including hallways, lounges, restrooms, and elevators
• Respond courteously to guest requests related to housekeeping
