Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish desired.
• High attention to detail required.
• Basic understanding of measurement concepts (length, width, height, weight).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to quality operations.
• Ability and willingness to follow directions.
• Must be able to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and elevate issues to manager when needed.
• Adheres to company policies and maintains reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Conducts approval of pre-start-up activities including line/room clearance and initial equipment checks.
• Reviews in-process batch documentation to ensure real-time compliance with specifications and cGMPs.
• Discusses errors and reviews production logbooks for accuracy and compliance.
• Collects data and supports release of batch records.
• Performs duties in compliance with safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
• Conducts regular quality line audits of in-process and finished goods against predefined characteristics.
• Documents audit results on QA paperwork and notes out-of-spec conditions.
• Performs leak tests on in-process material to verify performance requirements.
• Performs weight validation at defined frequencies.
• Monitors metal detection equipment as applicable.
• Investigates QA problems and makes recommendations.
• Verifies raw materials and packaging materials against artwork and functionality requirements.
