Qualified candidates will have MN RN license, BSN within 3 years and AHA BLS Provider certification; on-site schedule includes evenings, weekends, and rotating holidays with competitive pay and relocation/signing bonuses.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program and MN RN license is required.
• BSN required within three years of hire.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of patient care providers including LPNs and Nursing Assistants to plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, patients and families; provide high-quality care within policies.
• Assess and solve problems, adapt to multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced unit.
• Ensure care is delivered safely and in accordance with guidelines and regulations.
