Job summary

Cayuga Health is seeking a Professional Registered Nurse for the onsite Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility in Montour Falls, NY. Evening shift 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM. The RN will perform patient assessment, monitoring, documentation, and collaborate with the care team to deliver safe, patient-centered care.

Requirements include graduation from a Registered Nursing Program and current NYS RN licensure. CPR/BLS/ACLS as applicable; salary is $45.70–$55.20 per hour plus benefits and a $10,000 sign-on

Qualifications

• Graduate of Registered Nursing Program.
• Current NYS RN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, monitors, documents, and reports changes in patient conditions while providing safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
• Demonstrates strong time management, critical thinking, delegation, prioritization, ethical practice, and patient advocacy within professional scope.
• Collaborates effectively with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintains thorough EMR documentation and clinical competency through required education and ongoing professional development.
• Promotes evidence-based practices and best practices in patient care while actively participating in unit councils and staff meetings.
