Qualifications

• NYS CNA certification is required.

• Patient care experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with ADLs and morning/evening care and prepares rooms for admission, transfer or discharge.
• Prepares and assists patients with meals and beverages.
• Supports nursing staff by answering call bells, stocking rooms and reporting abnormal findings.
• Promotes patient rights, privacy and confidentiality.
• Documents properly in EMR/Point Click Care.
