Job summary

Avantara Lincoln Park in Chicago, IL is seeking a PM ADON/Supervisor RN to lead the nursing team on the assigned unit and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and operations to ensure high-quality resident care. This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to person-centered care.

You will oversee staffing, regulatory compliance, and policy implementation, coordinate admissions and discharges, and mentor staff to uphold patient-centered care and QAPI

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid, unencumbered RN license in state of practice.
• CPR certification and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on the assigned unit.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop, implement and update department policies and procedures.
• Assist with staffing to meet guest needs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers on the unit.
• Support QAPI practices and quality improvement initiatives.
