Peak Resources Alamance is seeking an RN Supervisor or LPN In Charge to join our team in Alamance, NC. This full-time role focuses on implementing established health care plans for residents, supervising licensed staff, and ensuring quality care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in this State.
• Current BLS-CPR Certification including in-person skills assessment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others.

Responsibilities

• Participate in assuring the implementation of established health care plans for residents, under RN supervision.
• Support ongoing data collection and nursing documentation.
• Direct day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and licensed personnel in line with policies.
• Occasional non-local travel within NC may be required.
