Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program required.
• A minimum of two years of proven experience in a nursing leadership role is a plus.
• Three years of experience in a long term health care facility preferred.
• CPR Certification required.
• Excellent ability to lead and develop personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care provided by CNAs, PCWs, RNs and LPNs, ensuring adherence to policy and safety.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to align with high-quality resident care.
