Job summary

Buckner Retirement Services Community in San Angelo, TX seeks a Registered Nurse to coordinate resident care, supervise staff, and ensure quality care. The role requires oversight of care plans, medications, and round-the-clock patient monitoring.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with licensure in Texas.
• Must hold and maintain current Texas nursing license.
• Complete and/or meet training, certification required by Buckner and the State of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Follow and coordinate individual health care plans; administer or supervise physician-prescribed treatments.
• Administer injections and perform in-house testing; record vital signs.
• Conduct rounds with residents and physicians and document visits promptly.
