Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Evening Supervisor (RN) to oversee the evening nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on leadership, regulatory compliance, and coordinating clinical operations after hours.

The RN will supervise ancillary staff, promote professional development, and collaborate with other disciplines to address residents' needs while maintaining accurate CMS and DOH

Qualifications

• RN license is required for this role.
• CPR certification is required to be on file.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation, long-term care or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS guidelines and DOH reporting standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff during the evening shift, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, encouraging professional growth and development.
• Ensure that clinical operations run smoothly and efficiently, addressing concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to meet residents' needs and promote a holistic approach to care.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in accordance with CMS guidelines and DOH standards.
