A skilled nursing facility in the Abington/Stoughton, MA area is seeking a full-time Evening RN Supervisor. This role involves leading a team of nurses and CNAs to ensure quality patient care during the evening shift. Candidates must have RN licensure in Massachusetts and prior supervisory experience. Qualifications

• RN licensure in Massachusetts.
• Prior experience supervising required; prior experience as a supervisor in long-term care is a plus.
• Ability to supervise multiple staff members on facility units.
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.

Responsabilités

• Leading team of nurses and CNAs to provide quality care within the facility during the evening shift.
• Managing patient and family concerns.
• Assisting in covering medication carts as needed.
• Ensuring proper documentation is completed while on-shift.
