Job summary

Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation and Healing of Brandon is seeking an experienced Evening RN Supervisor to join our caring team. This leadership role supports residents and staff in a positive, team-focused environment.

Choose between 4pm-12am, 5pm-1am, or 6pm-2am to fit your schedule. The RN Supervisor assists the Director of Nursing, plans daily operations, and ensures regulatory compliance and quality care.

Qualifications

• A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience providing direct care in long-term care, restorative or geriatric settings.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and directs nursing services for residents on the floor assigned.
• Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations and facility policies and procedures.
• Reviews complaints and grievances filed by staff and reports to the Director of Nursing as required.
• Maintains adequate stock of medications and supplies and notifies appropriate personnel of needs.
• Assists in development of written assessments of nursing needs for each resident.
• Makes nursing/aide assignments and encourages staff to attend training programs.

Education
