Anderson Mill Center for Nursing and Healing in Austell, GA is hiring an RN Supervisor for the 11-7 shift to provide clinical leadership and supervise LPNs and CNAs.

You will assess resident needs, administer and evaluate care, coordinate with the DON and interdisciplinary team, and help implement care plans and quality improvement initiatives. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401k, life and disability insurance, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of nursing care to residents.
• Assess resident needs and administer nursing care.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs.
• Collaborate with DON and unit manager to plan and implement nursing programs.
• Lead interdisciplinary care plan meetings and monitor QM/QI indicators.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
