The Pearl at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an experienced Evening RN Supervisor to lead the evening nursing operations and support clinical staff. You will ensure high-quality resident care, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license in good standing.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during the evening shift.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care and clinical services.
• Monitor compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with admissions, assessments, and resident care coordination.
• Respond to clinical issues, emergencies, and resident/family concerns.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes.
• Complete clinical documentation and incident reporting as required.
• Assist with staffing coordination and workflow management.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment for residents and staff.
