SolomonsRehab & Healthcare is seeking a 3-11 RN Evening Supervisor to join our dedicated team in Maryland. The role supervises the total nursing service program in the evening, delivering nursing care and ensuring regulatory compliance while coordinating with the administrator and medical director.

Holds an active RN license and brings strong leadership in long-term care. The position emphasizes staffing, care planning, and collaboration with medical staff to meet residents’ needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current nursing license in the state of RI (or applicable state).
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Three years of management experience preferred in long-term care.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assists administrator in developing short and long-term goals with direct care departments.
• Develops action plans to meet department goals and objectives.
• Collaborates with medical staff and departments for resident care needs.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations for long-term care.
• Institutes and updates individual care plans per regulatory requirements.
• Develops staffing schedules to ensure adequate care levels.
• Maintains high standards of nursing care per ANA, DOH, OSHA and CMS.
