Peter Becker Community in Harleysville, PA seeks a Full-Time RN Supervisor for 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday. You will lead the nursing team, oversee resident care, and ensure adherence to physician orders, policies, and regulations to deliver high-quality care with dignity and respect.

You'll mentor staff, monitor care plans, participate in rounds, and coordinate emergency responses while upholding HIPAA and privacy standards in a compassionate, resident-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania RN license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing personnel within the assigned unit and supervise staff.
• Monitor resident care plans, rounds, and condition changes.
• Counsel, coach, and develop nursing team; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate emergency responses and maintain documentation.
