National Health Care Associates, Inc. is seeking an RN Evening Supervisor at Ludlowe, located at 118 Jefferson Street, Fairfield, CT 06825. This full-time role runs 3pm–11pm, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and starting pay from $55.00/hr.

You will lead an interdisciplinary team and ensure the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate daily operations and staffing, develop care plans with the team, and conduct regular assessments to uphold quality

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in a long-term care setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Overseeing daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation.
