Job summary

Ludlowe Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Evening Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team and ensure the health and well-being of residents at our Fairfield, CT location.

The role is full-time (3p-11p) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive compensation. A valid RN license and leadership experience in long-term care are required or preferred, with opportunities for growth within National Health Care Associates.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Experience in supervisory/leadership role in long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor and train nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing assignments and resource use.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain standards.
• Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff; ensure regulatory compliance.
