Parkhouse Nursing and Rehab Center in Pottstown, PA, seeks an RN Supervisor for the 11-7 evening shift to lead a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs and ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care.

The RN Supervisor will oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance while mentoring staff and fostering a collaborative, patient‑centered culture.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational goals
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including staff performance evaluations, incident reports, and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure excellent customer service
