Parkview Care and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift in Massapequa, NY. This part-time leadership role focuses on mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include collaborating with DON/ADON, supervising staff, conducting rounds, and supporting regulatory audits to maintain a safe, compliant facility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of New York.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DON/ADON to support daily nursing operations.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and unit operations.
• Assist with state surveys and regulatory audits.
• Address and resolve clinical or staffing concerns to maintain quality care.
