Job summary

Atlantic View Post Acute is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our team in Newport News, VA. This full-time role supports daily nursing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads nursing staff to promote optimal resident outcomes.

Shift: 3 PM–11 PM with an evening differential of $1.50. All-inclusive pay ranges from $38 to $60 per hour. Daily Pay available. We offer tuition reimbursement, benefits, and a supportive work culture focused on passion, respect and excellence.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, active RN license in VA.
BLS (CPR) certification required.
Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families regarding changes in condition or care needs.
Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and leadership.
