Job summary

National Health Care Associates is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor for a full-time 3pm–11pm shift at our Wethersfield, CT location. You will lead an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality resident care, oversee operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
