Job summary

Roselane Health Center by Harborview seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality nursing care in a faith‑based, resident‑centered environment.

You will supervise CNAs, collaborate with the IDT, complete assessments, and prepare for physician rounds, ensuring documentation and care plans are accurate and timely. We offer top pay and a comprehensive benefits package to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support CNAs under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Ensure initial baseline and periodic comprehensive assessments are completed on time.
• Prepare for and facilitate physician rounds by flagging concerns and preparing documentation for review.
• Initiate consultations or referrals as appropriate based on resident needs.
• Perform administrative tasks including medical documentation, evaluations, and reports.
• Deliver nursing care within scope of practice and aligned with facility policy and clinical standards.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and notify providers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
