The role involves planning, coordinating and directing nursing staff on assigned units, ensuring continuity of care across shifts, and supervising CNAs, LPNs and support staff to deliver quality resident care.

Qualifications

• RN license and certification, valid in NY.
• Prior nursing home RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct nursing staff on assigned units across shifts.
• Ongoing evaluation of staff performance to achieve optimal resident/patient care.
• Ensure continuity of care between shifts by supervising CNAs, LPNs, and supportive staff.
