Schervier Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate RN Supervisor for the evening shift to join our Bronx campus near the Hudson River. The role oversees nursing staff, maintains continuity of care, and supports a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with NY credentials.
• Experience supervising nursing staff or teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct nursing staff on the evening shift.
• Continuously evaluate staff performance to ensure resident care quality.
• Ensure continuity of care between shifts by supervising CNAs, LPNs, and support staff.
• Collaborate with other departments and providers to deliver high-quality care.
