Complete Care at Barn Hill in Newton, NJ seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Evening Shift Supervisor. You will lead the nursing team, oversee patient care during evening hours, and ensure adherence to care plans.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during evening shifts, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with our facility's policies and procedures.
• Manage patient assignments to ensure each patient receives the highest level of care.
• Provide guidance and support to staff.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, including progress notes, medication administration, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as pharmacy and laboratory, to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implement changes as needed.
