Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in CT.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience with supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing activities with adherence to rules and guidelines.
• Coordinate nursing services with resident services for continuity of care.
• Admit/ discharge/ transfer residents; supervise aide trainees.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed by department staff.
• Make daily rounds; report findings to DNS.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality nursing care; adjust care plans with providers.
