Job summary

Parklands Care Center in Gainesville, FL is seeking a skilled 3pm to 11pm Supervisor RN to join our care team. This weekend supervisory role focuses on leading nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care, and maintaining safety during the weekend shift.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of nursing care experience. Strong leadership, communication, and meticulous documentation are essential to support our patient-centered

Qualifications

An active Florida RN license is required.
Current CPR certification is required.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing care experience preferred.
Strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to resident-centered care.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee and supervise the nursing staff.
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to ensure quality care delivery.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physician orders.
Ensure resident safety and well-being throughout the weekend.
Document care accurately and comprehensively according to company policies and regulations.
Respond to resident and family concerns, promoting open communication and a positive experience.
