Job summary

Isles of Boynton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Boynton Beach, FL is hiring an Evening RN Supervisor. The role supervises the nursing team on the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift, ensures safe, high-quality resident care, and maintains compliance with policies and regulations.

You will administer medications, review orders, coordinate with physicians, participate in QAA initiatives, and document care accurately while supporting a team‑oriented environment with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida RN license.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing.
• 2 years supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively lead and support nursing staff in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during the evening shift.
• Ensure residents receive safe, timely, and high-quality nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician orders accurately and promptly.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate changes to physicians, supervisors, residents, and families as appropriate.
• Conduct nursing rounds and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Assessment (Q.A.A.) initiatives.
• Monitor resident care programs and promote quality-of-life practices.
• Coordinate and communicate patient changes, including new admissions, discharges, and room changes.
• Educate residents and families regarding care plans, treatments, and health conditions.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and ensure emergency equipment is properly utilized when needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation.
• Report incidents and accidents in accordance with facility policy and regulatory requirements.
• Support compliance with all applicable state, federal, and facility regulations.

Salary: $77,500 – $87,500 per year

Make a Difference in Resident Care

The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing operations, support the nursing team, ensure quality resident care, and maintain compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
