Job summary

Valley Vista in Bradford, VT seeks a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in a substance use disorder treatment setting, including detox and MAT protocols. This full-time RN position covers evening shifts (3 x 12-hour blocks: 11:00–23:00 or 15:00–03:00) with a salary range of $45.00–$50.00 hourly.

You will perform clinical assessments, care planning, medication administration, and care coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current, active Registered Nurse license in Vermont.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS preferred depending on setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications, including detox protocols and MAT.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges with the care team.
• Supervise LPNs and unlicensed assistive personnel; provide mentorship.
