Job summary

AtlantiCare, John Brooks Recovery Center in Pleasantville, NJ, is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time evening shifts. Under the Nursing Supervisor, the Staff RN will assess clients, administer methadone/suboxone and other meds, document care, and support both clinic and residential units.

Requirements include an active NJ RN license, BLS, CPI within 90 days, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in substance use disorder treatment. Join a team focused on quality care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey or multistate.
• AHA BLS required upon hire or transfer.
• CPI required within 90 days or hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Completes accurate assessments of clients including vital signs on arrival.
• Administers medications/treatments as ordered and maintains records.
• Maintains confidentiality and accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Maintains medication rooms and supplies and ensures inventory is stocked.
• Assists physician with client physicals and documents results.
