Sage Group HealthCare Staffing in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a compassionate RN to provide quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing setting. This direct hire, full-time position offers evenings (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) and a 1.0 FTE load.

Compensation includes $38–$48 per hour based on experience and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 paid in installments. Start date ASAP, with benefits available to eligible staff.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the United States.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication, observation, and clinical skills.
• Experience in LTC/SNF preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assess residents and provide individualized nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain EMR documentation and process physician orders.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and care teams.
• Promote safety, dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Assist with transfers and mobility using appropriate equipment.
• Follow clinical, safety, infection-control, and regulatory standards.
