Job summary

Good Samaritan Albert Lea is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for evening shifts at our 80-bed long-term and transitional care facility in Albert Lea, MN. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, collaborating with residents, families and the healthcare team.

Qualifications include MN RN licensure and a preferred Bachelor’s in Nursing; compensation includes a sign-on bonus and a robust benefits package. Evening shift details and weekend rotation are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multistate license if in an NLC state.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise licensed and unlicensed staff as delegated by the charge nurse.
• Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and facility standards across age-specific populations.
