Job summary

Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Shane Hill is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift (7p–7a) in Rockford, Ohio. The RN will coordinate and provide nursing care, supervise Nursing Assistants, and ensure medication administration accuracy in a hospital-like, home-like setting.

The ideal candidate holds, or is pursuing, an accredited RN program degree, with CPR certification and Ohio RN licensure; 1+ year RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Previous experience as an RN preferred. 1 year of experience as an RN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care per facility policies and physician orders.
• Assess residents' needs and develop comprehensive care plans.
• Administer and document medications and treatments per orders.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to physicians and nursing leadership.
• Supervise Nursing Assistants and participate in performance evaluations.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and infection control procedures.
