Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Salem Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our expanding nursing team. The RN will manage all aspects of the nursing process and deliver patient- and family-centered care, with resources and multidisciplinary support as needed.

This role serves patients in the Med/Surg setting with focus on safe, cost-effective care. We prefer 2+ years Med/Surg, MA RN license, BLS; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Prefer 2+ years Med/Surg. experience
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• BLS required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the nursing process and patient care
• Use governing and administrative resources and multidisciplinary clinical experts as needed
• Provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served in the assigned department
