Job summary
Westminster Communities of Florida is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Health Center team in Westminster St. Augustine, located in the World Golf Village.
The RN will provide direct nursing care, supervise nursing assistants, and ensure compliance with state and federal standards during the 3pm–11pm shift. Qualifications
- Must hold a current Florida RN license and CPR certification.
- One year of long-term care experience is desirable.
- Experience in med-surg, home health, ER helpful; ability to care for disabled adults.
Responsibilities
- Manage admissions and discharges on day shift.
- Review day case load with Med nurse and responsibilities.
- Complete or verify daily skilled documentation for Med A residents.
- Notify MD/NP with issues and review labs/x-rays.
- Perform skin and Braden inspections; ensure care plan updates.
- Support nursing team; assist with medication dispensing as needed.
