Job summary

Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for evening shifts (2:00pm–10:30pm) at our senior care facility. The RN provides individualized nursing care, assessments, and coordination with residents, families, and the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

This role requires an active MN RN license and a bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred. The position includes a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package; weekend and holiday rotations apply in

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota and maintains required competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
