Job summary

Masonicare Health Center in Wallingford, CT is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor for the Evening Shift (8hrs; EOW). The role oversees off-shift nursing operations, allocates staff, and acts as a clinical resource to ensure safe, quality care for residents.

Responsibilities

Maintains nursing standards and department policies across the Masonicare Health Center.
Oversees off-shift nursing operations, staff allocation and supervision.
Delivers patient care aligned with age, needs and abilities, coordinating with physicians and families.
Communicates clearly with staff and attends admin meetings.
Supports ongoing education and mandatory in-service training.
Attends required training and education programs.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
