Job summary

Freedom Plaza is seeking a hospitality‑minded RN or LPN to join our skilled nursing team. This position provides direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility and requires experience in skilled nursing with an active nursing license in the state.

The part‑time shift is 3pm–11pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with pay up to $38 per hour depending on experience and licensure. Daily responsibilities include ADL support, care plan updates, and coordination with the health services

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in state worked.
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community.
• Experience in skilled nursing.
• CPR is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promote independence.
• Identify resident changes and support care plans and re-assessment.
• Provide daily report to Health Services Director on conditions and needs for nursing supplies.
• Deliver nursing care per physician orders and established standards.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive services.
