Dennett Rehab Center in Oakland, Maryland is seeking an RN or LPN for 6:30pm–10:30pm shifts on our skilled nursing team. You will deliver safe, timely nursing care, monitor patients, administer medications, and support care plans for residents in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Ideal candidates hold an active Maryland RN or LPN license, have experience in long-term care or are new grads with strong clinical skills and a heart for service.

Formación

• Active Maryland RN or LPN license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe, timely nursing care to residents.
• Monitor health, administer medications, and provide wound care as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Support residents and families with education, comfort, and reassurance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
• Assist in charge nurse duties when assigned.
• Supervise GNAs in delivering care.
