Job summary

Dennett Rehab Center in Oakland, Maryland is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated Skilled Nursing team. You will deliver safe, timely nursing care under the direction of an RN or physician, supporting residents with compassionate care and accurate documentation.

New grads are welcome; a strong clinical foundation and excellent communication are essential to collaborate with the care team and uphold regulatory standards in a warm, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LPN license required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, timely nursing care to residents under RN/physician supervision.
• Administer medications and provide wound care and other treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update individualized care plans.
• Support residents and families with education, comfort, and reassurance.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
