Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current MN RN license or multi-state compact license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
• Perform resident assessments, care planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with residents, families, providers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate resident care and provide patient and family education.
• Administer treatments and nursing interventions per standards.
• Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
• Support safe, effective and compassionate resident care delivery.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards, policies and regulations.
• Function within the Nurse Practice Act and professional nursing standards.
