Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Trilogy Health Services - Batesville location is responsible for direct, quality clinical care and serves as a Team Leader to patient care staff.

This role covers medication administration, care planning, and coordination from admission through discharge, with daily resident visits and collaboration with the charge nurse and physicians to ensure timely, compassionate care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications, treatments, documentation, and care planning meet policies.
• Use nursing process to deliver care and ensure continuity from admission to discharge.
• Visit residents daily to assess status and escalate changes to charge nurse/physician.
• Identify problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures when physician is unavailable.
• Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations and charting as needed.
