Job summary

The Ridge Rehabilitation Center in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. You will plan and deliver nursing care to residents, guiding LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Must hold an active California RN license and a nursing degree (Assoc or Bachelors). Experience in long-term care and familiarity with PointClickCare are a plus. PM shift, competitive wages, and comprehensive benefits await.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered RN license in California.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and terminology in long-term care.
• Experience in coordinating care with LVN/LPNs and CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Guide and support LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal resident care.
• Maintain high-quality care and dignity for residents at all times.
